Revision of prior nasal surgery or rhinoplasty is probably one of the most common revisions we perform. Nasal surgery commands an excellent three dimensional conceptualization on the part of the surgeon. Communication and rapport between patient and surgeon are extremely important in assuring optimal results as the fine maneuvers in nasal surgery can have dramatic differences in the appurtenance of the nose.
